Window Gang is a professional exterior cleaning solutions company specializing in both residential and commercial jobs in the Hanahan area. We have been the number one window cleaning company for 5 years in a row. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced role on various outdoor cleaning projects.Â
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous exterior cleaning experience is an asset, but not required. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast-growing company. Advancement opportunities are available quickly for those who prove themselves to be strong leaders!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completing exterior cleaning projects such as window cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and more
- Planning and managing work flow on the job site
- Communicating effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Working as a team to complete tasks in most efficient manner
- Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
- Ability to mix the right chemicals to perform the projects
- Invoicing and payment completion for every job
- Selling further services to customers
- Owning marketing around each job site
- Driving the van to and from each job
- Cleaning the interior and exterior of the van
- Representing Window Gang in the local community and networking with potential customers
as needs arise
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of labor or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
- Courteous, friendly personality and committed to great customer service
- A strong work ethic, highly dependable, and able to self-manage
- Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), in the summer sun, and
handling tools. - Comfortable working on/with ladders up to 3 stories
- Driver's license is required
- Willing and able to work some weekends
