CHEF
We are seeking an experienced Chef to lead and operate our Scotty Browns location in Poipu, Kauai.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering consistent execution, building and developing a strong team, and maintaining operational discipline in a high-volume environment. The position is centered on executing established systems and standards with precision. This is not a menu development role. This role is best suited for a disciplined Chef-operator who takes ownership of performance and thrives in a structured, systems-driven environment.
Market Context This role operates in a remote island market with a limited labor pool. Success requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a long-term commitment to building and retaining a team in a highly competitive environment.
Who We Are Our purpose is simple: to provide approachable, high-quality food using the freshest ingredients possible, delivered in a premium casual environment where guests feel genuinely at home. Our spaces are designed to strike a natural balance between a neighborhood pub and upscale casual dining. The environment is stylish yet relaxed, creating an experience that is both comfortable and elevated.
