Job DetailsJob Location: Hancock, MD 21750BENEFITS: 路 Health Insurance 路 401(K) Matching 路 Paid Time Off 路 Disability Insurance 路 Opportunities for Advancement 路 Part-time & Full-time availability 聽 GENERAL MANAGER +聽聽 聽Reports to District Manager POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES + 聽聽 聽Ensure that each customer is completely satisfied during their visit. 聽Customer satisfaction is your number one priority. + 聽聽 聽Create 聽 a succession plan for the unit. 聽Select and develop a staff member to assume all your duties when you are on 聽聽 聽vacation or out of the unit. +聽聽 聽Complete all daily paperwork at the unit level including sales reports, red book information, shift inventories, and all 聽聽 聽other necessary paperwork to insure the profitability of the unit. + 聽聽 聽Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in your unit at all times. +聽聽 聽Order all food and supplies needed to operate the unit on a daily basis. +聽聽 聽Hire and discipline staff. Create budgeted staffing schedules using history recent sales data. + 聽聽 聽Hold monthly meeting with all employees to discuss any relevant information they need to assist in the running of the 聽聽 聽unit. +聽聽 聽Establish a visible presence in the community by visiting businesses, churches, civic organizations etc. to drive 聽聽 聽business and increase sales. + 聽聽 聽Enforce all brands standards, company policies, and procedures. + 聽聽 聽Represent the company, with professionalism at all times. Treat all employees with dignity and respect. + 聽聽 聽Manage the HR function at the unit level. Ensure that all new hire paperwork, time sheets and payroll data, disciplinary 聽聽 聽actions, and personal data sheets are completed correctly and in a timely manner. + 聽聽 聽Train all levels of staff in proper 聽operations 聽of the unit 聽for POS systems, 聽back of house functions 聽to all levels 聽of front 聽聽聽 聽of house operations including 聽Customer Service and all positional 聽duties (as needed and constant). 聽 QualificationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS +聽聽 聽Ability to communicate effectively with all hourly associates +聽聽 聽Ability to cover all shifts during the normal operation of the unit +聽聽 聽Previous restaurant experience required 聽 Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.聽 聽
