Join our family as a Recruiter. You will contribute in making an impact in the communities we serve as well as the many families we nourish daily. Daily HR functions include full-cycle recruitment of both hourly and exempt level positions. Building a strong community partnership with local government and private agencies for potential lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Talent Acquisition as well as Community Relations responsibilities. We want you to be creative and think outside the box in ways to improve or make recommendations on community branding and recruitment. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: Post requisitions through ATS and monitor for aging Coordinate with managers and candidates in order to schedule interviews including making room bookings and sending accurate confirmations. Conduct factual and in-depth behavioral based interviews with HR Manager and Hiring Manager Manage end-to-end onboarding process, including handling candidate paperwork, conducting background checks, performing data entry, and issuing job offers. Contact new hires prior to arrival date and share important first day information. Conduct or coordinate with HR team members the delivery and completion of new hire paperwork, orientation and required training programs. Establish relationships with hiring managers to get a full understanding of their needs, challenges, and culture in making the best hiring decisions. Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance Create and submit reports on general HR metrics weekly/monthly Optimize external network by maintaining a highly visible profile in the local labor market and fostering on-going communication with prospective candidates and community leaders to share information and build the organizational reputation for excellence Develop networking relationships with local, state, and national source agencies such as Chamber of Commerce, professional organizations, colleges/universities, as well as social media platforms. Promote positive branding for recruitment while becoming an employer of choice in the area Maintain documented efforts relating to current and previous year AAP efforts Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management Qualifications BS degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management or equivalent years of experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition MUST be bilingual in Spanish Experience with public speaking, outreach or community relations preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; public speaking skills and ability to present information to groups in various settings Demonstrated organizational skills; detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize; proven ability to work well in a team and adapt to changes in environment Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends Experience using Microsoft Office (MS Excel- Charts and pivot tables, Word, & PowerPoint)   Central Valley Meat Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
