Overall Purpose
Ensure product and process compliance by performing quality audits, verification activities, data collection, and measurement support while maintaining adherence to customer requirements, company procedures, and quality standards. This role serves as a flexible resource capable of supporting multiple quality functions and assisting with CMM operations as business needs dictate.

Direct: Shift Supervisor and Site Manager Indirect : Area Manager/ Director of Operations
Responsibilities
- Perform product, process, and documentation audits to verify compliance with customer and company requirements.
- Evaluate manufactured products using approved inspection and measurement methods.
- Record, document, and communicate audit findings, product concerns, and quality observations.
- Support containment, sorting, and quality assurance activities as required.
- Review work instructions, specifications, and related documentation to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Maintain accurate quality records and complete required reports in a timely manner.
- Assist with data collection and analysis to support quality objectives and corrective actions.
- Complete training and provide backup support for Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) operations.
- Follow all customer, company, safety, and quality procedures.
- Adapt to changing priorities and provide support across multiple quality functions as needed.
- Train on manufacturing cleanliness laboratory processes to support component and assembly testing activities and ensure compliance with customer and quality requirements.
- Serve as a backup resource for cleanliness laboratory operations, assisting with sample analysis, recordkeeping, and communication of test results as needed.
- Complete other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
