Case Manager / Case Coordinator (Child & Family Services)
FosterAdopt Connect is seeking a compassionate, organized, and relationship-focused Case Manager / Case Coordinator to join our Behavioral Intervention (BI) Program. In this leadership role, you'll coordinate services for children and families while supervising a team of Behavioral Interventionists who provide intensive, trauma-informed, in-home support. Every day brings the opportunity to coach staff, strengthen families, and help children remain safely in their homes and communities.
If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact while growing as a leader, we'd love to hear from you.
About FosterAdopt Connect
At Foster Adopt Connect (FAC), every role has a direct impact on helping children and families build safer, healthier futures. For more than 25 years, we've partnered with children, caregivers, and communities across Kansas and Missouri to create innovative solutions for families involved in the child welfare system.
We believe our employees deserve the same support and investment that we provide to the families we serve. We foster a collaborative culture where leaders are accessible, professional growth is encouraged, and every team member has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
About the Behavioral Intervention Program
The Behavioral Intervention (BI) Program provides intensive, trauma-informed, in-home services to children and teens experiencing significant behavioral and emotional challenges, many of whom have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect.
