40 hours/52 weeks annually  8:00 am – 4:30 pm (schedule may vary)

  • Be the Ultimate Advocate: Ensure every child in the foster care system has a powerful voice and a fighting chance.
  • Lead with Purpose: Recruit, train, and support a team of volunteers, helping them connect with the life-changing importance of their work.
  • Bridge the Gap: Build trust and navigate complex systems—including courts, partner agencies, and families—always keeping the child at the center.
  • Empower the Mission: Provide volunteers with the tools, guidance, and mentorship they need to advocate fiercely and effectively.
  • Change a Life Path: Drive a program where making a difference is a daily reality, ensuring no child has to navigate the system alone.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program management, social work, or child advocacy
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of the foster care system, courts, and community resources preferred
  • Experience in oversite of grants recommended.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
