Flex Services Technician

As a Flex Services Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert installing, repairing, testing, and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies. You’ll solve problems, keep clients running smoothly, and help build the digital infrastructure of tomorrow.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime.

- Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions.

- Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.

- Supporting Insight’s depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair

What We’re Looking For

- IT-related certificate or diploma

- 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience

- Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills

- A+ certification (preferred)

-Previous experience working as certified HP, Dell or Lenovo technician (preferred)
