Commercial Electrical Foreman
We're a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor expanding our team. We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman who takes pride in leading crews the right way — on time, on budget, and built to last.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings and facilities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and schematics.
- Run conduit, pull wire, install panels, breakers, lighting, and other commercial systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, safety regulations, and job specifications.
- Work independently or as part of a small crew under a foreman.
- Provide guidance to apprentices and helpers on-site.
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of commercial electrical experience (schools, offices, retail, industrial, or similar).
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, one-lines, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in conduit bending, wire pulling, and terminations for commercial-grade systems.
- Strong troubleshooting ability with minimal supervision.
- Must be reliable, safety-minded, and a team player.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required.
- Must own basic hand tools
