We are committed to providing high-quality, trustworthy clinical care in a positive and collaborative work environment.      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Provides the full scope of dental care including diagnosis, preventative and restorative dentistry, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, fixed and removable prosthodontics. Provides professional feedback and insight concerning patient care, policies and procedures for the department and organization as requested.    Facilitates, contributes and reports on activities related to patient care.   Organizes patient care and ensures continuity of care based upon knowledge of patient needs. Provides comprehensive dental care through assessment, planning, intervention, re-evaluation, written documentation, observation and comparison to established standards.  Accurately and thoroughly documents patient visit and treatment plan appropriately.   Guides dental assistants as necessary and participates in training of auxiliary dental staff. Performs all other tasks as assigned.       KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES  Graduation from an accredited dental school and a valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Pennsylvania. Current CPR Certification Ability to convey information effectively and in a caring and supportive manner with individuals of all backgrounds. Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Customer service oriented – ability to focus on patient care and outcomes. Qualifications
