As a Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, banquet functions, and related services while ensuring exceptional quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets and banquet functions.
  • Develop and manage food and beverage budgets while driving profitability and controlling costs.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop food and beverage team members.
  • Create and manage team schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels and exceptional guest service.
  • Partner with the Sales team on catering contracts, group events, and banquet functions.
  • Coordinate and distribute weekly Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure successful execution of events.
  • Conduct weekly food and beverage inventories and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Monitor food and beverage costs, waste, ordering, and product quality.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently met for food presentation, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
  • Inspect the kitchen, restaurant, buffet areas, meeting rooms, and other food and beverage areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company and brand standards.
  • Ensure food and beverage menus, signage, and other published materials are accurate and up to date.
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve food and beverage concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, franchise standards, food safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Work closely with hotel leadership and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous food and beverage management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Hotel, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, scheduling, and cost controls.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Food safety certification preferred or the ability to obtain certification as required.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
