Hiring: Senior Consultant – Capital Markets QA / Automation

Location: New York, NY – Onsite
Remote: Remote option available for exceptionally strong candidates.
Duration: 12+ Months

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with strong experience in Capital Markets testing, test automation, data validation, and GenAI/Agentic AI.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

1️⃣ Selenium + Java or Python – Strong automation framework development
2️⃣ SQL – Database, ETL, data validation and reconciliation
3️⃣ GenAI / Agentic AI – MCP, RAG, AI-powered test automation and AI tools

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional and automation testing for Capital Markets applications
• Validate index calculations, benchmark indices, market data and reference data
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java or Python
• Perform regression, API and end-to-end testing
• Use SQL to validate databases, ETL pipelines and data services
• Test high-volume, low-latency and real-time financial data platforms
• Leverage GenAI and Agentic AI to improve test design, automation, defect analysis and root-cause investigation
• Design, develop, test or support RAG solutions, AI agents and intelligent automation workflows
• Work with LLM architectures, prompt engineering and AI orchestration frameworks

⭐ Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Capital Markets, Market Data, Index Calculation, Pricing Data, Reference Data, Benchmarking or Financial Services applications are highly preferred.
