The Conrad Company, a fast growing, award-winning family-owned business located in York, PA is looking for an experienced, full-time Fabricator/Welder to join our Team at Hanover Conveying Systems in Hanover, PA. Hanover Conveying Systems helps people in Manufacturing and Construction with Conveyors and Fabrication. Proudly located in the “Snack Food Capital of the World,” Hanover Conveying Systems has been a complete design and manufacturing company dedicated to crafting quality conveyor systems for over 30 years. We are seeking a Fabricator who thrives on precision work and knowing the customer has received the best fabricated product available.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize TIG and MIG welding skills to create custom conveying parts and systems with excellence and in a timely manner.

· Operate machinery such as a lathe, shear, brake, mill, etc. with precision.

· Create conveying components and systems from shop drawings, blueprints, sketches, work orders and verbal instruction.

· Ensure all work is done to the highest safety standard.

· Keep shop and equipment in top working order.

· Provide support for all employees and projects.

Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years’ Fabrication and Welding experience

· Experience with Stainless Steel and Sheet Metal fabrication

· Experience to complete high-quality products from day one

· Detail oriented; having an eye for precision and perfection

· Reliable and a team player

· You put safety for yourself and others at the top of your priorities
