The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a ICAM Systems/Software Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD.  Our program delivers and supports enterprise-wide and stand‑alone Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities across the Intelligence Community. As part of this mission, you will contribute to a wide range of impactful work including program management, mission support, software integration and development, system engineering, testing, documentation, configuration control, release management, and network/system monitoring. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating with diverse teams, and helping customers succeed with critical ICAM services
Responsibilities:
As a member of the Mission Management team, you will support customers integrating with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization Services. In this role, you will:
Guide development teams as they integrate and troubleshoot REST services
Assist end users in resolving authorization issues, ensuring access is properly granted or denied
Manage and track support tickets using JIRA
Provide customer support through email, chat, and phone
Approach challenges with an analytical and curious mindset—ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical puzzles
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
7+ years of Systems Engineering (SE) experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity
Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline
DoD 8570 IAT Level I (or higher) if determined applicable by COR for CWIP activities
A total of 12 years SE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree
Desired:
Experience with or knowledge of:
Online and telephone customer support
LDAP directories
SQL and basic database queries
RESTful services
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
Ticketing systems such as JIRA or Redmine
Ability to:
Analyze system applications and troubleshoot effectively
Understand and clearly communicate complex software systems
Update Confluence pages and write technical documentation
Assist with customer training on software capabilities
Work with customers to understand and define requirements
Work independently and proactively

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
