聽Responsibilities 路 Develop strategic account plans aligning client technology roadmaps with mainframe solutions (DB2, VSAM, JCL, COBOL, CICS, IBM MQ) to grow long-term revenue 路 Partner with client stakeholders to understand critical workloads and shape them into mainframe modernization proposals tied to clear business outcomes 路 Work with solution architects and delivery teams to build end-to-end solution narratives highlighting reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency 路 Prepare proposals, SOWs, and effort estimates covering resourcing, timelines, and risk for complex engagements 路 Qualify new opportunities based on client intent, technical fit, budget, and implementation complexity 路 Deliver presentations on how core mainframe technologies optimize transaction processing, data integrity, and operational resilience 路 Run pipeline reviews to track opportunity health, surface blockers, and keep deals moving 路 Support pre-sales teams on demos and POCs that validate proposed architectures and demonstrate client value 路 Track market trends in mainframe/enterprise tech to spot white-space opportunities 路 Document client requirements and success criteria for smooth handoff to delivery 路 Collaborate with legal/contracts teams on commercial terms balancing client and company interests 路 Maintain accurate CRM data for reliable pipeline forecasting and reporting 路 Coordinate cross-time-zone collaboration during standard day-shift hours

聽Qualifications 路 Advanced knowledge of DB2 administration/programming for evaluating data-centric solution feasibility 路 Hands-on experience with VSAM file structures and performance tuning 路 Strong JCL skills for interpreting batch processes and estimating change impacts 路 Solid COBOL experience to assess business logic and modernization/integration paths 路 CICS background covering transaction flows, concurrency, and resiliency design 路 Familiarity with IBM MQ messaging patterns for mainframe/distributed system integration 路 Proven experience connecting technical capabilities to industry use cases and business value 路 Native-level fluency in English (written, verbal, presentations
