Overview:

As part of our commitment to building the Top Team and advancing the Campbell Talent Strategy, the Supply Chain Rotational Associate program is designed to develop future-ready supply chain leaders through immersive, cross-functional experiences. This 18–24 month rotational program provides early-career talent with exposure to the full supply chain—from sourcing ingredients to delivering iconic brands to our consumers.

Associates will rotate through two locations and various critical areas of the supply chain, building functional expertise, developing an enterprise mindset, and making meaningful contributions to business priorities.

Program Highlights:

  • Three to four hands-on rotational assignments across core supply chain functions
  • Formal onboarding and role-specific training at each rotation
  • Mentorship from functional leaders and visibility to executive sponsors
  • Final placement into a full-time Supply Chain role upon successful completion

Potential Rotational Assignments May Include:

  • Front Line Supervisor – Lead a team of associates within production, maintenance, or QA
  • Project Engineering – Support the justification and execution of capital projects in our manufacturing locations
  • Operations or Maintenance Reliability – Drive performance on the plant floor through KPI management and root cause analysis and other problem-solving methodologies
  • Logistics & Customer Service – Improve order-to-delivery flow and strengthen customer relationships
  • Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence – Lead waste-reduction or throughput-improvement initiatives aligned with our OpEx roadmap

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and deliver project-based work aligned to business needs in each rotation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and R&D teams
  • Analyze data and present findings to site leadership or corporate Supply Chain leaders
  • Participate in cohort-based development sessions focused on leadership, communication, and business acumen
  • Serve as a culture ambassador by role-modeling the 5C Values and Supply Chain Talent Principles

What We’re Looking For:

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to learn quickly in new environments
  • Previous supply chain experience which can include an internship or co-op in manufacturing or supply chain strongly preferred
  • Willingness to relocate and/or travel for rotations
  • Curious, collaborative, self-starter committed to growing as a future leader at Campbell

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$67,800-$97,500

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
