Traveling Commercial Electrical Foreman

We're a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor expanding our team. We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman who takes pride in leading crews the right way — on time, on budget, and built to last. This position requires traveling to out-of-state job sites for the work week, with the potential of also working close to home — as we are a NJ-based company.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and lead electrical crew on active commercial job sites
  • Ensure quality installations and adherence to safety standards
  • Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep the job moving
  • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they become problems
  • Maintain a productive, accountable job site culture
What You Need

  • Proven experience running commercial electrical projects in the field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Hands-on approach — you lead from the front, not the sideline
  • Solid knowledge of electrical installation methods, NEC standards, and jobsite coordination
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must own basic hand tools
