Job DetailsJob Location: Ensign - Hanston, KS 67841Job Title: Operations Technician Department: Agronomy Reports To: Branch Supervisor Job Summary The Agronomy Operations Technician supports the day-to-day operations of the assigned location. This role helps ensure operational efficiency, accurate inventory management, and overall facility cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory levels and product quality  Follow safety procedures and maintain required maintenance records  Assist with the repair and maintenance of equipment and rolling stock  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire location  Assist customers with questions and provide quality service  Fill anhydrous tanks in a safe and compliant manner  If applicable, assist in tire shop operations, including changing tires and lubricating equipment  Perform other duties as assigned  Key Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills  Good organizational skills  Problem-solving and analytical ability  Basic math and calculation skills  Customer service skills  Attention to detail  Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and customers  QualificationsMinimum Requirements High school diploma or GED  Valid Kansas driver’s license  Preferred Qualifications CDL Class A  HAZMAT endorsement          Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds  Ability to climb heights  Ability to bend, twist, push, and pull  Ability to work in confined spaces  Ability to work in varying conditions, including dust, heat, and cold    Disclaimer The above statements describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
