Summary

Responsible for maintaining operations of equipment in Offal to meet production requirements.  To understand and maintain the daily task and duties of Offal.  Also to make sure that the instructions of the supervisors are being carried out in an efficient and effective manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Organization
Drive yard truck to move trailers in and out of offal

Maintain operations of equipment in offal to meet the production plant requirements.
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and assisting with the installation of

equipment and systems used in offal processing and associated support areas of the facility.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable, and hygienic operation of offal

equipment to support continuous production while complying with safety and food safety

requirements.

This role reports to the Maintenance Assistant Supervisor and is primarily hands‑on and

task‑focused.

Clean floor of product spills from conveyors before end of work shift

Clean and sanitize inside and outside of offal to maintain clean and safe work environment
All other related duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

HS Diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge/Skills

Work Environment

Work environment is predominantly wet and exposed to a variety of odors as well as presenting with hot and cold temperatures. Safety protection is provided.
