Dayshift Production Worker/ Turno de Dia Produccion

Summary 

Allen Harim production associates perform a variety of tasks routinely that require manual product handling and possibly the use of hand tools, knives, machinery and equipment. This work demands good hand-eye coordination and upper extremity motor skills and may require the use of some or all body parts and muscle groups. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports Allen Harim’s mission, vision and values

•Must be able to continuous standing for long periods of time

• Employee must be able to work in cold and hot environments of varying degrees.

• Responsible for carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling product or objects varying from 2 ounces to 40 pounds.

• Responsible for wearing, using and maintaining personal protective equipment

• Must be able to continuously extend, flex and grasp using hands and arms

• Employee must be able to maintain a variety of repetitive hand and arm movements

• Responsible for ensuring the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment

• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instruction in verbal and written form

• Other duties as assigned
