Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Part Time 78 hours/pay

Days 6:00am to 2:00pm

Scheurer – Harbor Beach is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Lakeview Extended Care Team.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in preparation of the unit, resident rooms, and beds for receiving resident admissions, returning surgical patients, transfer, emergencies or discharges. You’ll receive daily report on assigned residents.
Assisting in and accompanying residents in admission, transfer and discharge procedures.
Assisting in providing post-mortem care.
Performing routine treatment procedures, including enemas, the application of heat and cold, and sitz baths, etc.
Providing activities of daily living.

Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or GED Equivalent.
State of Michigan Certification for Nursing Assistants.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
