The Owner Services Attendant is a full-time year-round position. Responsibilities
Working with owner services and housekeeping in keeping the Resorts and owners' accommodations up to date on amenities, furnishing, inspecting for damage, maintenance needs or concerns. Mainly stationed indoors but will assist with other attendants around property when needed.Â

Primary ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Reports to Owner Services for daily task listÂ
- Conducts and follows up on all arrival and departure inspections of unitsÂ
- Documents and photographs unit conditions during inspections to maintain accurate recordsÂ
- Reports and reviews all rental damageÂ
- Tracks pending maintenance items and specific owner preferences; coordinates with in-house departments and follows up for completionÂ
- Responds promptly to urgent maintenance or guest-impacting issues between inspectionsÂ
- Assists with housekeeping tasks as neededÂ
- Attends Owner functions as neededÂ
- Participates in other tasks such as, but not limited to, shutdown projects, unit reviews, and inspecting vendor-led projectsÂ
- Prepares and submits day-in-review reports on a daily basis, summarizing completed tasks, outstanding issues, and next stepsÂ

Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by ManagerÂ
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required Â
- Must be a team player, have the ability to multitask, and adapt to the ever-changing situations and needs of the departmentÂ
- Must be willing to work independently and is self-motivatedÂ
- Candidate must be detail oriented, well organized, and professional Â
- Knowledge of computers, tablets/iPad, Power Point, and Microsoft Office are highly recommendedÂ
