Healthcare United is seeking an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join a well established and growing primary care network in Northwestern Pennsylvania. This position offers 100 percent outpatient care within a collaborative team based environment supported by physicians and advanced practice providers. • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care including preventative services and chronic disease management
• Join a collaborative team of physicians nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• Manage a diverse patient population across all age groups
• Utilize integrated EMR system for efficient and coordinated care
• Access a strong specialty referral network and hospital resources
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in shared outpatient call schedule
• Build and maintain a growing patient panel
Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient primary care
• Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment
• Commitment to patient centered care
