Rehab Tech | Outpatient Pediatrics | Full-Time | 716 Indian Trail Suite 140 Harker Heights, TX 76548

As a Rehab Tech in our outpatient pediatric clinic, you’ll play a key role in supporting children, families, therapists, and the clinic as a whole. Our Rehab Techs assist in the daily flow of pediatric therapy services, working closely with licensed clinicians to deliver a fun, engaging, and supportive care experience for children across a variety of developmental and rehabilitation needs.

Your Role:

  • Assist therapists during pediatric treatment sessions to ensure child safety and engagement
  • Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to maintain a clean, welcoming, kid-friendly environment
  • Encourage and motivate children during therapeutic activities and exercises
  • Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation
  • Monitor therapy supplies and assist with daily clinic operations

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a healthcare, childcare, education, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to assist children and move equipment as needed
  • CPR certification a plus
  • Ability to engage positively with children and families
