Quality Testing Technician - Entry Level

Looking to start your career in the medical device industry?  We're seeking an Entry Level Quality Testing Technician to join our team in Harleysville, PA.  This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, following procedures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

What You'll Do
  • Perform mechanical, functional, dimensional, and performance testing on medical devices and components.
  • Set up and operate testing equipment and fixtures.
  • Accurately document test results and maintain testing records.
  • Identify and report test failures or unusual results.
  • Support equipment calibration and routine maintenance activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
What We're Looking For
  • Technical school certificate, vocational training, or related experience preferred; will train the right candidate.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attentional to detail.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and document results accurately.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, assembly, testing, or a technical environment is a plus.
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is beneficial but not required.
