Physical Therapy Technician

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Physical Therapy Technician (PT Tech) to join our team. This role supports our therapists in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring the clinic operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient therapy sessions
• Assist therapists with patient exercises and therapy activities as directed
• Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs under therapist supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy gym and treatment areas
• Clean and sanitize therapy equipment between patient uses
• Help ensure the clinic stays organized and stocked with necessary supplies
• Provide a positive, supportive experience for patients during their therapy visits
• Assist the clinical team in maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• CPR Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
• Bilingual preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
