- 1+ year of relevant experience required
- Experience with shipping & receiving preferred
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet employees, clients, and visitors with excellent customer service
- Manage documents, including scanning, labeling, and filing
- Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
- Maintain organization of common areas and ensure supplies are stocked
- Support meeting and event setup
- Provide general administrative support across the office
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to support a variety of office functions
- Prior shipping & receiving experience is a plus
