Headquartered in New Jersey with offices globally, Small Joys serves a diverse range of clients across the United States. Our backend teams work collaboratively across the globe, and this role is fully remote.


We are hiring a Behavioral Health Integration Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Administers intake sessions, treatment plans & follow up sessions
  • Documents clinical notes following standardized templates
  • Discuss care plan and patient outcomes with psychiatrist
  • Act as a bridge between behavioral health care team and primary care physicians
  • Actively manage ‘Registry’ to track the hours spent on every patient for billing
  • Collaborative with family members of patients to gather patient history as and when necessary

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Master's degree in clinical psychology or related field
  • Master of Social Work (MSW) is also considered
  • 2-3 years of experience in case management is preferred


Location:

  • Remote for 5 days/week
  • Have to be based in the United States
