AAA Central Penn is looking for a customer-focused Service Technician to join our highly respected Automotive team. Whether it's a dead battery, flat tire, lockout, or vehicle breakdown, you'll be the hero who gets them back on the road.

We're currently hiring for second-shift positions based out of our Harrisburg and Lancaster locations. If you enjoy helping people, working independently, and having every day bring something new, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
This role is considered Essential Duty Personnel, which means you are the one we count on when it matters most. You will work as scheduled—including weekends and holidays—rain, snow, or shine!

What You'll Do
- Skip the desk and enjoy working out in the community.
- Turn stressful situations into positive experiences with your friendly, can-do attitude.
- Rescue the day by unlocking vehicles, changing flat tires, delivering fuel, and performing minor roadside repairs.
- Test, diagnose, and install batteries to help members get back on the road quickly.
- Represent the trusted AAA brand while creating memorable member experiences.
- Share AAA products, services, and membership benefits that can make life easier for our members.
