Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Journeyman to install, fabricate HVAC ductwork and related systems on commercial and industrial projects. This role requires strong technical skills, jobsite professionalism, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, modify, and repair commercial sheet metal duct systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble sheet metal components.
• Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades.
• Ensure work meets quality, safety, and code standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas.

Requirements

• Journeyman-level experience in commercial sheet metal work. 
• Ability to read blueprints and layout duct systems.
• Self-motivated, efficient both individually and as part of a team, and an excellent communicator. 
• Dependable, professional, and safety conscious. 
• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset.
• Valid PA Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation.
