Pay Rate: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime shifts (hours provided by OPM)

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of EZ Pass—helping customers with account questions, applications, and payments while ensuring every interaction is positive and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with account information
- Processing new applications and payments over the phone
- Updating account details and handling basic data entry
- Managing correspondence via mail and email
- Performing account maintenance, adjustments, and statement requests
- Preparing daily activity and cash-out reports
- Clearly explaining account terms, policies, and procedures
- Proactively resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For

- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
- A friendly, professional demeanor
- Previous customer service experience (call center preferred, but not required)
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- A high school diploma or GED (proof required for onboarding)
- Reliable transportation or access to the bus route

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
