CJ Pony Parts is seeking a detail focused Copywriter who can turn technical product information into clear, accurate, and engaging content. You will work within established workflows, use AI tools to generate draft descriptions, and refine them to meet brand, accuracy, and SEO standards. Two lines from the attached job description: "Use AI tools to generate initial product description drafts, then edit and refine content to meet quality and brand standards." and "Ensure all product content is accurate and aligned with vendor information, internal data, and ticket details."

What You Will Do

• Follow structured workflows and SOPs to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Generate AI assisted drafts and refine them into polished product descriptions.
• Review vendor data, internal systems, and ticket details to ensure accuracy.
• Create and update product descriptions for assigned SKUs, even with limited information.
• Format content to meet SEO and internal style guidelines.
• Manage bulk SKU updates and maintain organized documentation.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Purchasing, and Product Development teams.
• Verify product instructions and supporting documentation.
• Identify and report inconsistencies in product data or workflows.
• Build product knowledge to improve accuracy over time.

What You Bring

Strong writing and editing skills, comfort working with AI assisted content creation, and the ability to follow structured workflows. An associate degree in English or equivalent experience is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, content management systems, and basic SEO principles is helpful, along with a willingness to learn automotive aftermarket products.
