Position Details: Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00am until completion of the day's work. While we aim for 40-hour weeks, overtime is often available, and voluntary weekend work may arise. Responsibilities: Assist with countertop installations. Support Lead Install Technicians/Master Install Technicians by furnishing tools, materials, and supplies. Maintain strict safety protocols and ensure job sites are clean and organized. Provide exceptional customer service throughout installations. Qualifications: Prior experience in the countertop industry or construction is preferred but not required. Ability to read and use a tape measure. Must hold a valid driver's license (higher pay for drivers) and be able to pass a DOT physical and have an acceptable motor vehicle driving record. Familiarity with tools and equipment operation. Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and performing various tasks.
