As a team member in our Environmental Services Department we offer a competitive wage range of $14.00 to $15.00 based upon experience and in addition to your hourly rate we offer:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to multi-task
• Customer service oriented
• Clean restrooms including urinals, toilets, mirrors, sinks, floors, walls & ceilings. Restock restrooms supplies toilet paper, paper towels. Remove trash and install new trash bag.
• Clean tenant office spaces, vacuuming, high and low dusting, restrooms including urinals, toilets, mirrors, sinks, floors, walls & ceilings. Restock restrooms supplies toilet paper, paper towels. Remove trash and install new trash bag and floor care.
• Maintain a clean environment in the food court to include wiping tables, rearranging tables, mopping up spills and trash.
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, or equipment for events in the atrium or customers we are contracted to perform services for.
• Vacuum, dust, remove trash in common areas
• Providing a clean environment for our tenants and customers throughout our buildings

Required Experience:

The individual must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Requires clear, concise verbal communication using two-way radios.
