As a team member in our Environmental Services Department we offer a competitive wage range of $14.00 to $15.00 based upon experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to multi-task.
Provide excellent customer service.
Clean and sanitize restrooms including urinals, toilets, mirrors, sinks, floors, walls & ceilings.
Restock restrooms supplies. (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
Remove trash and install new trash bag.
Clean common areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
Clean tenant office spaces, including vacuuming, dusting (high and low), restroom cleaning, and floor care.
Maintain cleanliness in the food court, including wiping tables, rearranging seating, mopping spills, and removing trash.
Move and arrange tables, chairs, or equipment for contracted events.
Ensure a consistently clean and safe environment throughout all assigned buildings.

Required Experience and Skills:

Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the job.
Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate using two‑way radios.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
