This role requires on-site teaching 2 weekends per semester.

Our Master’s of Analytics program offers both a strong foundation in the effective and responsible use of data for decision making along with real-world, practical applications with state-of-the-art modeling. Our doctoral program in Data Science offers students a path for furthering their scientific skills blending both scientific research with practical applications. 

Qualifications:

  • PhD (or equivalent) in a data-driven field such as Data Science, Computational Social Sciences (or other quantitative-focused social science field), Quantitative Economics or Finance, Applied Statistics.
  • Research Experience: Candidates should have experience with academic publishing showing evidence of research agenda and scientific communication. 
  • Doctoral Student Supervision: Experience or skills mentoring graduate student research and managing doctoral research. Expertise for guiding doctoral students in finance/economics, healthcare, and/or AI research required.
  • Analytics Expertise & Teaching Aptitude: Expert-level knowledge in one or more of the following areas, Marketing, Time-Series/Forecasting, Finance, Health/Medical Analytics, Computer Visions, NLP/LLMs, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Spatial Analytics. 

Interested candidates should submit, 

  • CV (including publications, conference presentations, courses taught, research funding/awards), 
  • teaching statement (including examples of course materials developed and course evaluations), and 
  • research statement (including future research agenda, plans for research funding or collaborations)
