Service Dispatcher- Dock and Door Division

Currently, we are seeking a Service Dispatcher to support our Dock and Door division out of our York, PA location. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel! 

Main Duties: 

Schedule repairs and dispatch dock and door technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility response guidelines 

Schedule and dispatch planned maintenance to ensure timely completion 

Receive service requests from customers and coworkers 

Enter information into the computer 

Assist with paperwork and prepare reports 

May handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordination of services with outside vendors 

Requirements: 

Dispatch experience desired 

Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus 

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment 

Must be a team player 

Pleasant phone demeanor 

Stable work history 

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
