SUMMARY:

The Administrative Coordinator is a member of INEX / US Legend Cars, a subsidiary of Speedway Motorsports, LLC. This position is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the INEX Administrator.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate employees
  • Maintain email correspondence and respond independently when possible
  • Accurately input and manage data in various systems and databases
  • Assembly of decal packets
  • Handle event registration, event packets and passes
  • Assist in company event planning and arrangements
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: 

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting accuracy and efficiency of our daily office operations.

  • Proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role for 2 years. 
  • Familiarity with racing industry a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. 
  • Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Able to interact professionally with employees at every level of the organization.
