MAJOR FUNCTION:

Drive enterprise-wide culture and engagement initiatives that advance Inspira Health’s employee-first culture, including annual listening strategy, engagement, safety, and external recognition surveys. Serves as program manager, coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking progress against strategic goals to deliver measurable improvements. Partners with Patient Experience and HR teams analyze data, inform enterprise-wide action planning, and embed core values into employee programs and communications. Requires advanced project management, data analytics, and strong influence across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, culture, organizational development, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide engagement or culture initiatives, including survey administration and action planning.
  • Strong background in data analytics, including use of Power BI, or similar tools for reporting and insights.
  • Demonstrated success in project and program management, event planning, and vendor management.
  • Experience collaborating across functions, especially with patient experience or similar teams.
  • Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industry preferred.

Certification/ Licensure:

  • SHRM – CP or SHRM- SCP
