Harrison Elementary is a K-5 school in beautiful Harrison, TN, just outside of Chattanooga. Our staff works each day to engage and inspire the GENIUS within EVERY student. We are looking for teachers and staff who are curious, hardworking, and always put students first. We provide loads of support for new staff while growing all leaders of learning. 

• Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards
• Design engaging lessons with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues and support staff
• Build strong, respectful relationships with students and families
• Create a well-managed, structured classroom environment
• Participate in ongoing professional development and reflection

• Experience in Title I or high-need school settings is a plus
• Passion for supporting the whole child academically and socially

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program

Compensation & Additional Info:

• Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00
• Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
