We’re seeking a PFNA Commerce Brand Marketing Sr. Analyst that will help drive consistent brand strategy & messaging across our commerce channels for a subset of our PFNA brands. This individual will work cross-functionally to develop Omnichannel marketing plans and customer-specific programs necessary to deliver our sales and share targets for the FLNA & Quaker business units.

Responsibilities
The role has several distinct responsibilities and priorities:Â
- Support Brand Commerce Marketing Manager and/or Brand Commerce Marketing Lead in:
- Collaborating closely with a subset of PFNA brands to ensure the brands’ product innovations and national marketing strategies are executed across customers, with a focus on Digital Commerce customers
- Analyzing Digital Commerce data to ensure our brand teams are up-to-date and aware of their online performance; help the team understand potential growth opportunities
- Partnering with Digital Commerce Customer Marketing & Sales teams to develop unique brand marketing programs that will drive incremental volume
- Building relationships with PFNA brand media teams, with a focus on collaborating on end-to-end media planning and execution where possible
- Understanding consumer insights and help turn insights into added value solutions that convert shoppers into buyers
- Support our PFNA Multi-Cultural Brands by:
- Leading Digital Customer Marketing programming development across all customers for both DSD & Warehouse Multi-cultural brands; liaison closely with both brand & customer teams
- Aiding the cross-functional Multi-Cultural team in gaining inclusion in customers’ annual JBP process to ensure our multi-cultural priorities are top-of-mind and included in the customers’ broader growth plans
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Candidate Profile:Â
The ideal candidate is analytical, highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. While not required, prior knowledge of the PFNA marketing organization and businesses a plus.
Competencies required for the position include:
- Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders & workstreams at once, while understanding how to prioritize the most important business drivers.
- Proactive thinker who can anticipate needs of the business to bring a brand, consumer and customer-centric voice to life in marketing campaignsÂ
- Strategic thought leader with strong ability to influence and collaborate across functions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data, financials, consumer, and insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to persuasively influence others
