Job Summary Intake calls for medical assistance, deploy EMS units per protocol, operate multiple communication systems, and document all activity accurately. Key Responsibilities Receive and prioritize emergency/non-emergent requests; dispatch resources per policy. Use radio/phone/CAD professionally; follow communication procedures and etiquette. Maintain preparedness, mentor new team members, and keep the center clean and organized. Job Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED; current American Heart Association BLS. Obtain Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) certification through IAED within 4–6 months (initial course/testing funded with work agreement). Preferred 1+ year emergency dispatch or prior NARMC EMS experience. Compensation & Schedule Full-time; 24/7 center with rotating days/nights/weekends/holidays.
