Job Summary Prepare and serve hot/cold foods; set up service lines; follow recipes, safety, and sanitation procedures; and support inventory and cleaning tasks. Key Responsibilities Cook, portion, and present menu items; restock and maintain serving lines. Follow safe food handling, sanitation, and equipment-use procedures; complete daily/weekly cleaning. Receive/stock deliveries and rotate inventory; support teamwork across shifts. Job Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of cooking experience. Preferred ServSafe or similar food safety certification; hospital or large-volume experience. Compensation & Schedule Full-time; variable shifts (early mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays).
