Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join our EMS team. In this vital role, you will provide advanced emergency care in high-pressure situations, ensuring the health and safety of patients in both pre-hospital and hospital environments. Your expertise will help save lives and support the well-being of our community. QualificationsKey Responsibilities Assess and determine the nature and extent of patient injuries or illnesses. Deliver emergency medical treatment on-site or during patient transport under the direction of physicians. Administer medications, perform advanced airway management, and provide cardiac life support as indicated. Safely operate emergency vehicles in compliance with safety regulations. Maintain EMS supplies and ensure equipment readiness. Collaborate with Emergency Room Physicians and Charge Nurses during patient transfers. Document all patient care activities accurately and in compliance with regulations. Represent NARMC professionally during community relations and outreach activities.   Job Qualifications Required: Current EMT-Paramedic Certification (with proof of biannual recertification). Valid Class D driver’s license. BLS and ACLS certifications. Ability to work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). Preferred: Previous experience in a hospital or EMS setting. Demonstrated professional growth through continuing education and EMS-related CEUs.
