As a Physician Practice Coordinator at NARMC, you’ll oversee staffing and daily workflows, support providers and clinical teams, maintain policies and competencies, and keep patient experience and productivity on track. Job Summary Coordinate administrative, operational, and nursing activities across assigned clinics. Manage staffing/scheduling, oversee clinical/clerical workflows, maintain policies and competencies, collaborate on budgets, and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise clinical and front-office staff; coach performance and hold regular staff meetings and education. Manage daily workflow, scheduling, supplies, and throughput; resolve barriers to care. Maintain and update policies/competencies; ensure compliance with hospital/regulatory guidance. Partner with Clinic Administration on budgets, reports, and population health initiatives; drive customer experience. Job Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years office/office supervision; strong organization and customer service skills. Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and eClinicalWorks.
