Overview

This role will sit in a hub location (Purchase, Chicago, Plano).The GTM Design team is seeking a Project Management Director to coordinate and manage project activities for the eB2B ordering platform initiative during the active project period. This role will be responsible for GTM strategy, organizing workstreams, tracking milestones, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and ensuring project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines, scope, and governance expectations.

 

This role will partner closely with Sales/GTM, S&T, CLO, Supply Chain, Deployment teams, and Program PMO to support project planning, issue tracking, meeting coordination, status reporting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Management Director will help translate project objectives into clear workplans and ensure stakeholders understand responsibilities, dependencies, risks, and decision points while the project is in progress.

 

This role will be part of the GTM Design organization, reporting to the Sr. Design Director of GTM. The position requires regular interaction with cross-functional project stakeholders and demands strong project management, communication, organization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project workplans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies for the eB2B ordering platform initiative during the active project period.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Go To Market initiatives supporting customer adoption of the eB2B ordering platform, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary GTM program resource for digital ordering capabilities, customer service processes, and fulfillment activities, coordinating cross-functional teams to support implementation, issue resolution, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities across Sales/GTM, S&T, CLO, Supply Chain, Deployment, field, and Program PMO teams.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, capture action items, and follow up with owners to support timely completion of project commitments.
  • Maintain project documentation, including status updates, milestone trackers, risk and issue logs, decision records, readiness checklists, and meeting materials.
  • Provide project status reporting to stakeholders, highlighting progress, open items, risks, dependencies, and decisions needed to keep the project on track.
  • Support project governance by preparing agendas, coordinating inputs, summarizing discussion points, and escalating blockers through the appropriate project channels.
  • Partner with workstream leads to clarify project scope, deliverables, ownership, timing, and interdependencies while project activities are underway.
  • Identify and track project risks, issues, and execution barriers, helping coordinate resolution plans and stakeholder follow-up during the project.
  • Ensure project materials, trackers, meeting notes, action logs, and status documents remain organized, current, and aligned to approved project scope while the project is active.
  • Support pilot-related project coordination, including timeline tracking, meeting preparation, issue capture, stakeholder follow-up, and documentation of project learnings during the pilot period.
  • Partner with Program PMO and deployment teams to coordinate project execution activities, track readiness items, and support consistent project communication across participating markets and customer tiers.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $132,200 - $262,400.

  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Broad knowledge based in Sales, Supply Chain/Operations, Direct Commerce & Project Management.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting or managing complex cross-functional projects, preferably within PFNA, PBNA, direct commerce, sales, operations, or technology-enabled initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, including workplan management, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, meeting facilitation, and status reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and help stakeholders align on project scope, timelines, owners, actions, and decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear project updates, executive-ready summaries, and action-oriented meeting materials.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple project priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs at the same time.
  • Ability to identify project risks, surface blockers, document decisions, and follow through on action items with appropriate owners.
  • Proficiency with project management and business communication tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related tracking or reporting tools.
  • Self-starter with strong follow-up discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
