Overview
This role will sit in a hub location (Purchase, Chicago, Plano).The GTM Design team is seeking a Senior Manager to provide dedicated project management support for the development and execution of workstreams associated with a new eB2B ordering platform. This role will focus on coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, managing deliverables, supporting governance routines, and helping ensure project work remains organized, visible, and on schedule during the active project period.

Partnering closely with the Eb2b PMO Director, PMO and cross-functional stakeholders, this role will serve as a project management resource responsible for organizing workplans, facilitating cross-functional coordination, documenting decisions and risks, and supporting timely completion of assigned project deliverables. The Senior Manager will help maintain clear communication, issue tracking, and execution discipline across project teams while the project is underway.

This role will be part of the GTM Design organization, reporting directly to the Eb2b PMO Director. The position requires strong project management capabilities, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams within a defined project scope.
Responsibilities
- Support the Eb2b PMO Director in maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverable tracking for assigned eB2B project workstreams.
- Coordinate project meetings, working sessions, and governance routines, including agenda preparation, meeting notes, action item tracking, and follow-up during the project.
- Support the execution of eb2b Go To Market integration activities across HR, RIC and deployment teams
- Partner with the EB2B PMO Director to translate future-state technology into implementation ready processes, tools, communications and supporting documentation
- Develop and maintain operating model documentation, organizational materials, process maps and implementation playbooks
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and open questions, escalating items as appropriate to support timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, status materials, trackers, and reporting tools to support visibility into progress against agreed project milestones.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to collect inputs, confirm deliverable ownership, and support coordination across project workstreams.
- Prepare project updates, summaries, and leadership-ready materials that communicate progress, risks, decisions needed, and upcoming project activities.
- Support development of project execution materials, templates, checklists, and process documentation needed to complete active project work.
- Collaborate with project team members and field stakeholders to gather feedback, document implementation considerations, and route items to the appropriate owners for action.
- Support data gathering and project tracking activities needed to inform in-project decision-making and progress reporting.
- Capture project learnings, action items, and decisions during the project and ensure they are documented in the appropriate project materials.
- Assist with project planning activities, including schedule coordination, dependency tracking, meeting preparation, and consolidation of stakeholder inputs within the defined project scope.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of PFNA or PBNA experience supporting project management, transformation project coordination, deployment planning, or cross-functional workstream execution.
- Broad knowledge based in Sales, Supply Chain/Operations, Direct Commerce & Project Management.
- Knowledge of project management principles, workplan management, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to track details, identify risks, and support timely completion of project deliverables.
- Experience using data, trackers, dashboards, or status materials to monitor project progress and support project governance routines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, workstreams, and deadlines within an active project environment.
- Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and ability to follow through on assigned project activities with appropriate guidance and alignment.
- Ability to synthesize project information into clear updates, summaries, and materials for project stakeholders and leadership discussions.
- Experience supporting pilot programs, transformation projects, process documentation, deployment planning, or large-scale project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools to support status reporting, milestone tracking, and executive-level communications.
- Experience partnering with multiple business functions including Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Technology, and PMO teams within a defined project structure.
