Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dependable and safety-focused Laborer to join our non-ferrous yard operations in Harrison, Arkansas. This role involves unloading and sorting materials, operating yard equipment, and ensuring quality control of inbound and outbound materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload and sort material.
• Operate the kiosk.
• Ensure quality control of inbound/outbound material.
• Respond to grading issues with customers.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Operate yard equipment (forklift and skid steer as needed). Forklift experience is a must.
• Follow company safety guidelines.
• Wear proper PPE at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Forklift experience required.

Supervision

Reports to the Facility Manager.
