Job Summary Provide clinic-based nursing under RN/provider direction: intake and vitals, injections/immunizations, medication tasks, patient education, minor-procedure support, and X-rays within licensure and competency; complete accurate EHR documentation and help keep daily clinic flow on track. Key Responsibilities Patient intake & prep: Room patients; obtain histories and vital signs; prepare for exams and procedures. Medication & procedures: Administer injections/medications; dress simple wounds; remove staples/sutures per competency; provide ear lavage as ordered. Diagnostics: Perform EKG and pulmonary function testing (PFT); conduct CLIA-waived tests per policy; assist phlebotomy as needed. Radiography: Obtain general X-rays in accordance with Arkansas limited radiography license and clinic protocols. Coordination & follow-up: Manage referrals, pharmacy coordination, prior authorizations, and patient callbacks on test results; educate patients on treatment plans. Operations: Keep rooms clean and stocked; maintain supplies; support accurate and timely EHR/EMR documentation. Job Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (PN) program; current Arkansas LPN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current Arkansas limited radiography license for general X-ray. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; professional communication and customer service. Preferred Clinic experience (internal medicine or primary care). Comfort with EKG/PFT workflows and CLIA-waived testing.
