Job Summary Provide clinic-based patient care under RN/provider direction: rooming, vitals, injections/immunizations, medication tasks, patient education, and support for minor procedures; complete accurate EHR documentation and contribute to efficient clinic flow. Key Responsibilities Room patients; obtain histories and vital signs; prep for exams and procedures. Administer injections/medications; dress simple wounds; remove staples/sutures per competency. Coordinate referrals, pharmacy calls, and prior authorizations; manage medication refills per protocol. Assist with EKG and spirometry/PFT per policy; maintain clean, stocked rooms. Provide patient education and post-visit follow-up calls; document thoroughly in the electronic health record (EHR). Job Qualifications Required Graduate of an approved PN program; Arkansas LPN license. BLS certification; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Preferred Clinic experience; comfort with EKG/PFT workflows.
